My name is Castelli Laflotte, mostly known now as Coach Stelli. I’ve been coaching for over 7 years now, starting as a coach at the Marlene Meyerson JCC on the upper west side and later becoming their Athletic Director. I learned how to lead a team of coaches and create a nurturing environment for kids to play and learn. I then moved on to be the Coach Supervisor for Amazing Athletes in NY/NJ. I was able to lead a team of 50+ coaches deliver a high-quality curriculum and help our kids develop as athletes. The curriculum I was able to develop, now reaches thousands of children all across the country.
